We had a great time in Miami. We're at the airport now and in the customs line from hell.
Awesome restaurant last night - barton g was the name. We ended up meeting an ex-"sex industry worker" - heather vietch - who now owns her own ministry, called jc's girls, to help women in the sex industry get involved in church and out of the sex trade. She still looks like she's, umm -- well, we thought she was a stripper or porn star when we first saw her, but then she started talking to us and told us about what she did. I googled her on my blackberry and sure enough - she's the founder of jc's girls.very cool lady. Fascinating.
Then we went to have drinks and meet friends at the delano- ben and chris, it was awesome. Thanks for the recommendation! And we ended up meeting one of scott zweigel's friends there - small world.
So we checked out of the clevelander, which is spring break fabulous. It is seriously a hugr bar with a semi-nice hostel upstairs, basically.
We spent the day shopping (zara!) And on the beach, and we're heading to peru tonight. Woo hoo!
